Is this CJC-1295 with DAC or without DAC?

Without DAC — this is Modified GRF (1-29), the short-acting form that is standard in the CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin blend. The DAC version is long-acting and normally studied on its own.

Why are CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin combined?

They act on two different receptors within the same growth-hormone axis — the GHRH receptor and the ghrelin/GHS-R1a receptor — so the blend is used to model complementary receptor signalling in vitro.

How is the blend reconstituted?

Add 2ml of acetic acid water first and let the vial sit for 10–15 minutes until fully clear. Then add 1ml of bacteriostatic water slowly down the side of the vial. Swirl gently, never shake. The final concentration is 3.33mg/ml (333mcg per 0.1ml). Discard the solution if it remains cloudy or contains particles.
