What is the GHK-Cu peptide?
GHK is a naturally occurring tripeptide — glycine, L-histidine and L-lysine — first isolated from human plasma. On its own it is simply called the GHK peptide. When it binds a copper(II) ion it becomes GHK-Cu, the copper peptide, and that is the form used in virtually all of the published literature.

Yes. The compound is written a dozen different ways and every one of them points at the same molecule. GHK-Cu is the correct scientific notation; GHK Cu and GHKCu are just the hyphen dropped. "Copper GHK", "GHK copper peptide" and "GHK-Cu copper peptide" are descriptive names for the copper-bound complex. "GHK peptide" alone technically means the bare tripeptide, but in practice it is used interchangeably.
If a supplier lists a GHK-Cu product where the powder is white rather than blue, treat it as a red flag — the copper complex should always be visibly blue.
