Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day by Royal Mail Tracked 24 from our UK premises. Most UK addresses receive next-day delivery.
Do I need anything else to reconstitute a vial?
You will typically need bacteriostatic water, U-100 insulin syringes and alcohol swabs. We include free needles and swabs with every order, and sell bacteriostatic water in 3ml and 10ml vials.
Can I switch a vial to a pen or nasal spray on the product page?
Yes. Products that support multiple formats have a Format selector on the product page. Vial is selected by default; pen, cartridge or nasal spray options are shown where available.
